With half a million preventable deaths each year in the United States and Europe, medical errors are the third leading cause of death after cardiovascular disease and cancer. Globally, the WHO ranks medical errors among the top 10 causes of death*.
Solutions exist. They must be shared, taught, tested, and adapted to real-world conditions. This is the mission of the SafeTeam Academy: to support healthcare facilities in improving the reliability of care and team cohesion through digital simulation-based education in healthcare.
Our healthcare training programs are designed by medical and educational experts and validated by a rigorous scientific committee. They align with the priorities defined by the Ministry of Health and promoted by the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) as part of the certification process for healthcare facilities. We rely on national and international recommendations.
Each course combines a short, one-hour immersive e-learning module based on video simulation with a one-hour videoconference debriefing led by a multidisciplinary group. At the end of the debriefing, each healthcare professional defines a concrete action plan within their organization and commits to change through measurable actions.
The platform is accessible 24/7 on PC, Mac, tablet, or mobile, with no installation or special hardware required. A simple login is all it takes to start a recognized and certified online healthcare training course.

To ensure the quality of every healthcare training program, SafeTeam Academy relies on recognized certifications: Qualiopi and CPD.
