SENS Hospital
The Sens hospital wanted to reinforce the safety of perioperative care. The objective: to involve all of its healthcare professionals working in the operating room (Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, Nurse Anesthetists, and Scrub Nurses) in a program promoting teamwork, proper completion of the HAS checklist, and management of task interruptions. This desire was supported by the entire governance with the leadership of the risk management director and the support of the risk management coordinator.
A 100% e-learning training session, lasting 1 hour, was conducted. It began in early November 2021 and ended on December 3, 2021, with an in-person debriefing.

ROUEN NORMANDIE University Hospital
The Rouen Normandy hospital wanted to acquire a new educational modality in robotic thoracic surgery. The highly immersive e-learning support was particularly suitable for training several hundred healthcare professionals.
The anesthetic and surgical team of the Rouen University Hospital, accompanied by human factors experts and educational experts from the SafeTeam Academy, united around this innovative project.
This new module is available in our catalog for all hospitals.

MÂCON HOSPITAL CENTER
The training team at the Mâcon Hospital Center simulation center aimed to offer advanced simulation sessions on safety tools, with prior preparation.
A briefing training is launched to introduce human factors and safety tools, such as cognitive aids. Once trained, the trainers' team receives access to the platform to freely create training sessions from the proposed catalog. Flexibility is ensured, as access can be reassigned each month, allowing healthcare professionals from different departments to be trained.
Debriefings are carried out at the end of each session by the training team.
