Pre-requisites:
- Be a healthcare system professional
Duration:
- 1 hour independently
- 1 hour in a group (videoconference debriefing)

- Criterion 2.2-12: Teams are proficient in managing life-threatening emergencies.
- Criterion 2.3-10: Teams implement measures to prevent major obstetric risks.
- Criterion 3.2-04: The hospital trains its professionals in risk management using healthcare simulation tools.

PART 1: autonomous, asynchronous
- Introduction totraining
- Pre-test (positioning test)
- Video simulation
- Immersive video-simulation showing the care of a patient leaving the operating room after a Caesarean section. An orderly and a nurse are in charge of the patient. They are both present during the anesthesia team's transmissions. During routine monitoring, a post-partum hemorrhage is quickly detected by the team, who make the call.
- Filmed interview: synthesis, situation analysis, focus on key steps in patient management.

- Adopt the correct posture to promote teamwork during postpartum hemorrhage.
- Develop situational awareness, for oneself and for others, to be more effective.
- Identify our cerebral functioning to adopt the correct posture (functioning of working memory).
