The deployment is done in several stages:
- You will have an initial deployment meeting to explain the main stages of the training.
- We make an appointment with your IT manager to ensure that you can connect to the training platform.
- The structure's animators take charge of the training in the first instance, and we accompany you as you get to grips with it. We'll also provide you with a guide to using the platform.
- You provide us with learners' e-mails
- Learners then receive an e-mail with a link to the training platform and a guide to its use.
- Learners follow the training
- You regularly discuss training and learner engagement with our team.
- At your request, you will be debriefed on the success rate and progress of your learners.
- A satisfaction questionnaire is then sent to you and the learners, enabling you to evaluate the training and gather your suggestions for improvement.
