🔷 Overview

Proper identification of a user is a key factor in the safety of their healthcare journey. It is the first step in a process that extends throughout their care by the various healthcare professionals involved, regardless of specialty, sector of activity, and care modalities. This training aims to summarize the essential concepts that all healthcare stakeholders should know in this area.

This module was created in collaboration with La Prévention Médicale, an association committed to the prevention of medical and paramedical risks.

🔷 Description

Pre-requisites:

  • Be a healthcare system professional

Duration:

  • 1 hour 30 minutes independently
  • 1 hour in a group (videoconference debriefing)

HAS certification criteria:

  • Criterion 2.2-01: The consultation and outpatient care teams coordinate with the inpatient care teams.
  • Criterion 3.2-04: The hospital trains its professionals in risk management using healthcare simulation tools.

PART 1: autonomous, asynchronous

  • ‍Introduction totraining
  • Pre-test (positioning test)
  • Video simulation
    • Immersive video-simulation following Mr. Philippe Michel throughout his care (pre-admission, anesthesia consultation, operating room, return home).
    • Filmed interview: synthesis and analysis of the situation.
  • The essential points that every healthcare actor should know
    • Principles for identifying users common to all healthcare stakeholders.
    • Implementing identity vigilance in healthcare facilities.
    • Identify the strategy to adopt in the event of an error (duplicate/collision).
    • Understand the 4 levels of digital identity trust: provisional, validated, recovered, qualified.
  • ‍Post-test (measuring progress and validating skills) & Action plan
  • ‍Training assessment

PART 2: collective, videoconference debriefing

  • Video-simulation debriefing with a team work and risk management expert.
    • Identify discrepancies between professional practice and best practices to improve identity vigilance.
    • Identify individual and team areas for improvement.
    • Establish an individual and collective action plan to strengthen teamwork.

In-house training session:
Price valid for one professional, group of 10 learners. Grants access to a course for a group of 10 learners + team debriefing at the end of the training. The individual price displayed will be adjusted according to the number of learners for a group larger or smaller than 10.

Individual license:
Annual subscription, grants access to the entire catalog to one person (individual access).
