- Immersive video-simulation based on the application of the personalized project in different situations: grooming residents, preparing and distributing meals, personalizing care and relations with residents, according to their pathologies.
 - Filmed interview: synthesis, situation analysis, focus on the personalized plan and respect for privacy.
 
 
- Interactive activity: Adapting to the resident
- Identify specifically how to adapt to the resident.

PART 2: collective, videoconference debriefing
- Video-simulation debriefing with a teamwork expert
